If you are new to yoga or want to reconnect to your practice then this course is ideal for you.
Starting Tuesday 25th February till Tuesday 1st April
6:30-7:45pm at Doddinghurst Village Hall, Brentwood.
What to expect in a class: each class will be 75 minutes long, we'll start with some basic breathing and/or mindfulness techniques to get our bodies and minds in to a state ready for practice. This will be followed by our physical practice where each week we will focus on a couple of specific yoga poses. We spend time dissecting each pose and finding the correct alignment that works for your body. This is different to attending a general class as we rarely have enough time to delve deep in to each pose and explore how a pose feels in your body. At the end of each class I'll guide you through a 10 minute guided relaxation where you can relax and let what you have learnt seep in to body and mind.
Each class is from 6:30-7:45pm
