A slower, mindful yoga flow where we explore the different poses, encouraging you to find the best alignment that works for your body. Incorporating breath awareness and a guided relaxation at the end. Become connected with your body and breath whilst finding a calmness within.

The 3rd Friday of every month, 7-8pm - Starting with some gentle and slow movement and yoga poses followed by basic breathing and mindfulness techniques. Concluding with a long luxurious guided meditation and visualisation. No experience of yoga, breath work or meditation required.
These classes are held at The Heart of Holistic Health Centre in Ongar High Street. A beautiful, intimate space creating the perfect atmosphere for you to relax and unwind.
Spaces are limited to 6 per class so booking is essential.
£12.00 per class.
